Self-Awakening Yoga with Jennifer O'Sullivan

Experience deeply therapeutic movements to expand your consciousness from the inside out. The "movement inquiries" of Self-Awakening Yoga take yoga back to its roots by helping practitioners to reconnect to their prana (the body's innate wisdom). Appropriate for all levels, the organic movements of this practice help to cultivate an intuition about one's physical, emotional and intellectual bodies, and can greatly expand your yoga practice by helping you to develop an ongoing "conversation" with your Self.

This workshop is based on the methodology developed by Don Stapleton as offered in his book, Self-Awakening Yoga: The Expansion of Consciousness through the Body’s Own Wisdom.
