“I've never much connected with the spiritual side of yoga, but walking into this place has always filled me with peace. The atmosphere is uplifting, the staff is caring and unpretentious. The classes I've taken have all been great-- no pressure, you just do what you can do. One thing I liked was that the instructor would always ask permission before touching me to adjust my poses, which is important to me. If you've always wanted to dip your toes into yoga, I'd definitely suggest giving this place a shot. They offer a variety of different class types, at least one of which is sure to be a good fit.”
