Class Descriptions
Hatha Flow
Hatha Flow integrates individual postures into flowing movements coordinated with the breath. Includes seated and lying poses and introduces basic standing and some inverted poses, as well as yogic breathing (pranayama) and guided relaxation. Poses can be modified for all body types and all ages. It is taught with attention to alignment and individual needs.
Vinyasa Flow
With a gentle flowing sequence of postures linking breath and movement, this class will help you develop core strength, better balance, improved breathing, poise and greater range of motion.
Lunch Break Yoga
This well rounded class is designed for the busy student who needs condensed but effective mat time. A balanced practice, with a good overall stretching and some deepening of the breath. Appropriate for all levels.
Yoga Tune-up
Give your body a tune-up! Fine tune yoga poses and turn down tension. This class offers fun new ways to stretch, strengthen, improve posture and reduce stress. All levels welcome.
Restore and Renew
A relaxing class using props to place the body in comfortable, supported positions, allowing you to restore your mind/body balance. All levels welcome.
Yoga Groove
Our Groove class literally rocks. A challenging, yet refreshing form of yoga set to the background of an eclectic variety of music. We work on all the fun stuff by tapping into our youth and standing on our heads. This is designed for continuing students looking to delve deeper into increasing awareness, endurance and strength. And oh yeah, expect to sweat.
Yoga Fundamentals (Beginner)
This new class is a great start for the absolute beginner with very little or no experience. Beginner Yoga is designed for the person who has heard about all the great benefits of yoga, maybe even been told by a health professional they should do it, but feels unsure if they are flexible or fit enough to participate. Beginner Yoga is perfect for anyone looking to yoga as a means of getting back into, or starting a fitness plan from scratch. No egos, no competition, no pressure to perform circus acts, just a safe, fun environment to learn something new and life improving.
This class offers students the opportunity to gain understanding of the basic yoga positions while building strength and increasing endurance. For those who have wanted to try yoga, this is the perfect class.
Sunrise Yoga
Start your Saturday off right with this fun yoga flow.
Yin/Yang Mix

Stretch & Condition
If you are new to yoga, need to work a bit more gently in class and/or if you are recovering from an injury, have chronic pain, joint issues, or just want to move more intentionally through your practice, Stretching and Conditioning is the class for you. Move your whole body through a series of seated and standing yoga poses designed to increase flexibility, strength, balance and range of movement at a pace that will give you time to comfortably transition between postures (stretches) and teach you how to protect knees, hips and wrists as well as offer other adaptations that may be required.
Mom & Baby
This class provides an opportunity to regain core strength and flexibility, to practice baby massage, and to meet other moms and babies! Fun, informal, the babies are the 'bosses' in this class!
Mom & Tot
This class is an exciting exploration of movement and play for Moms and Toddlers. Blending creative poses and play to reinforce important development patterns, body awareness, build strength and flexibility in all areas of the body. A great open atmosphere for playing and making new friends.
